Description:ACCOUNTABILITIES (Essential Functions)
1. Responsible for the stewardship of donations through proper handling, processing, quality control and pricing of donation flow in and out of GoodNeighbor Center and Drive-Thru Donation Center(s) in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures that mission employment services (i.e. supported employment, etc.) are provided in a manner that achieves program objectives.

2. Completes, monitors, approves and analyzing information from daily operations, including:
• Register Price Look Up (PLU) readings
• Cash Reports
• Input and transmittal of WESA Reports and daily deposits in accordance with policies and procedures
• Customer and donor satisfaction questionnaires
• Maintenance Work Orders
• Purchase Requisitions
• Team Meeting and Safety Meeting Agenda, Training and Minutes
• Petty Cash Fund
• Expense Reports

3. Completes, maintains, and submits statistical counts in an accurate and timely manner:
• Donor Counts
• Apparel Hang Counts
• Rotation Counts
• Salvage Poundage
• Trash Poundage

4. Schedules labor in accordance with critical performance factors (i.e. labor hours per donor, payroll as a percent of sales) including assignment of work schedules and the preparation, review and approval of time cards in the absence of the Team Leader.

5. Coordinates and communicates needs for transportation and equipment with those team members directly responsible for providing those support services. May assist with the coordination of the transportation of donated goods between retail outlets and ultimately to the salvage operations for final processing.

6. May coordinate salvage operations and supervise operation of materials and equipment to process donated goods and increase revenue through recycling goods. Required to drive company vehicle and have a valid driver’s license and the ability to get auto insurance. Required to have personal auto insurance so bank deposits can be made.
Qualifications:Education
Minimum of Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience, with higher mathematical skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages

Valid Arizona drivers license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.

Knowledge of retailing, merchandising, store design, store setup and retail operations
Working knowledge of basic computer operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Supervisory and leadership skills to delegate work, build a motivating work environment, and establish accountability for team members
Able to work evenings, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed.

Description:FUNCTION:

Under the direct leadership of the Director of Operations, is responsible for the successful operation of the GoodNeighbor Center and Drive-Thru Donation Center(s) including fostering and insuring a team-based, results-driven work environment.

1. Hires, trains, supervises, coaches, and disciplines team members

2. Reviews and contributes to annual GoodNeighbor Center and Drive-Thru Center budgets, operating within assigned expense to revenue ratios.

3. Ensures the following statistical counts and other vital information management data (i.e. WESA Reports) are completed, maintained and submitted in an accurate and timely manner:
Donor Counts
Apparel Hang Counts
Rotation Counts
Salvage Poundage
Trash Poundage

Qualifications:• Ability to bend, reach and stand for extensive periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis.

• Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, percentages and utilize basic computer operating systems.

• Ability to motivate others, delegate job duties, hold team members accountable for the completion of work, and foster a team-based, results-driven work environment.

• Minimum of two years experience in business setting, preferably one year of which was in a retail business.

• Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience preferred.

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Benefits:Up to $44,000 DOE with a full benefits package
